Hi @sathya_raj,

That for, first add the custom field like New Deal Date then reload the page.
Then go to the Notification doctype and set it like
Send Alert On: Day After
Reference Date: Custom Field Name (new_deal_date)
Days Before or After: 3
Condition: doc.deal_stage==“New Deal”

Then check it.

when Customer type is individual it should show first&last name and it should auto populated to customer name
