Is there a way to include yield information so that it’s used when calculating cost?
For example: one apple weighs 100grams. But only 85% of that is usable. The rest, core, seeds, peel is waste. So I can’t use that in my recipe/bom. The apple’s actual weight is 85grams. When I buy the apple I buy the whole apple at $1/kg. When I calculate the cost in my apple pie, I need to account for the waste in my apple when my recipe asks for 500grams of peeled and cored apples.
