In salary component income tax is deduction based component. In salary structure i have added this

According to this i tried to make salary slip then why that amount not calculated ??

I already checked this both. I followed that but still why not calculating? I dont know! Please tell me valid steps then i will compare with my steps.

Yes, but the system does not calculate the tax (impuesto sobre la renta)
