Incoming emails not received by users

Hello All
I am using erpnext v14 and i add email account and i send emails from it but the incoming emails not received on erpnext although i checked the incoming box and select the imap and inbox folder
any help in this

Ah, I think the issue is that at the moment you can’t easily authenticate for receiving emails via Microsoft365, do to security on the Microsoft side.

There is this very useful post, but you will need Azure AD admin access. I haven’t tried this myself as I only need to send emails from ERPNext via Microsoft365, rather than receive emails.

hello @pmjd if i moved to my email service to Namecheap can i link the income emails to erpnext

Do you solve your issues i am facing issues on the incoming, i am not getting the incoming email

Yest i solved it with changing the host from Microsoft 365 to another one and it’s work

I use namecheap coanel email how do i fix the incoming email issues not coming in

share your setting plz for the email domain
