Incoming emails

Hi all.
I have some problem to understand how ERPNext manages the incoming emails.
I filled up all the required fields following the official guide/tutorial, but while I am able to send email through ERPNext, I can’t find the way on how to retrieve them from the server (and I have no idea where to find them once pulled…).

thanks for your reply.
Yes, I guessed that, but no messages where added there, at least until yesterday, when, without further modification the messages started to appear at the right place.
Maybe some lacking of connection…
Anyway now everything seems to work well.
Thanks again for the support and the great software that you made available for us.

@suppaman I was able to get incoming emails working, however I don’t all the emails in the inbox (using imap)

Is there a setting I should use to pull all emails in?

I think I can’t be of much help, considering that me too have had a problem with the email settings :smile:
This said I think you should provide some more information about your settings, otherwise I see it very difficult for anyone to give you some help.
