India Compliance App Not Validating Company GSTIN & GSTIN Doctype Data Missing

We recently set up a new ERP site. But the India Compliance App is not validating the Company GSTIN, even though the GST Settings and Credentials are correctly Configured.

Also in the GSTIN Doctype. No Data is shown. But in the Old ERP Site there is a value as shown below.

But in new ERP Its Empty.
At which Instance does this GSTIN Doctype fills data? During India Compliance Installation?
what could be the possible issue?

Hello,

You can use this refresh button to validate this GSTIN.

During saving this will get the status from GSTIN Doctype, if it is available then it will show else you have to use refresh button.

This Status will be changes with refresh button only if
Enable API Features is marked and Use API in Sandbox Mode? is unmarked in GST Settings.
