In India, GSTNetwork is providing Excel Templates for GSTR1 and GSTR2 and is also providing updates as and when required. The Excel report exported from ERPNext’s GSTR1 is quite a bit different as compared to the template provided by GSTN.
I hope this issue is fixed and columns are mapped as per the templates provided by GSTN.
At the time of writing this post, the latest template available for GSTR1 is GSTR1_Excel_Workbook_Template_V2.0 and for GSTR2 is GSTR2_Excel_Workbook_TemplateNew_V1.1
