My customer is looking to build employee information letter to let the employees deal with the banks and the government.
that letter must pull the exact Employee information on the system & the signature of the manager.

You’re requirements are absolutely not clear. Can you provide a link of a sample letter and what does it contain?
Have you looked at creating a Print Format to achieve what you’re looking for?
