Error occurred during the initial install wizard, just after i clicked the complete button.

This also happened to me once. As far as I know, this happens because you already have a company and/or abbreviation with that name in your database.
You probably had already started this process and for some reason you did not finish it. But the erpnext created the company.
What happens after you dismiss this message?
