Installed Helpdesk, Not showing on Site

Hello,
I wish to use helpdesk.

My site is hosted on a shared bench . algoware.frappe.cloud on FC.

I have installed the app, but its not visible on the site. I have raised a ticket for the same, # 27219.
The response is not useful.

I have tried reinstalling the app. Still no result.

Kindly Guide.

The site was installed in a bench group.
so has to install the app in the bench group and then the site.
