That would be awesome, then probably people like me could also join in and understand the functionality of the framework and probably contribute in a more constructive way rather than just giving ideas.

Great, looking forward to this… I was busy to see if the Bitrock
installer was an option for this…
Can you inform me if your installer is platform independent ?

The bitrock guys were kind enough to give us an enterprise license -- its seems quite a product to configure (and it should be)...
I completely understand, now since there is some visibility for the project, that an installer is very critical to get the open source community off ground...
Its in my top 3 priority - you should see some action soon!
Ranjit - if you have some time to look into bitrock, I can share the license file with you!

Hi Rushabh, Pls. share the license file with Ranjith. He will work on the installation setup. Are we looking at an all-in-one installer that will install pre-requisites like apache, MySQL etc., too along with the framework ?

All in one installer would be great - if its not too hard (or we can start with a simple installer too) - Ranjith, let me know if you have any questions - I can help you in writing the python scripts for post-install process....
I was also thinking that the installer should import the erpnext modules - (or maybe we can have 2 installers?)
cheers,
Rushabh
