Getting insufficient permission for child doctype.
Child doctype - HEL Lender Status
Parent doctype - Domestic Higher Education
It might be related to the user permissions, check if the user that is currently logged in, have enough permissions to access this doctype. You can check/set role permissions in Role Permissions Manager.
