Insurance-related Doctypes missing in Frappe Healthcare (v15)

Hello everyone,

I am currently working with Marley Healthcare, but I am unable to find any Insurance Related DocTypes (such as Insurance Policy, Insurance Company, etc.) in my setup.

My current versions are:

  • Frappe Framework: v15

  • ERPNext: v15

  • Marley Healthcare: v15

I noticed that insurance-related DocTypes are available in the develop branch of Frappe Healthcare, however, using the develop branch is not suitable for a production environment.

Could someone please clarify:

  • Are insurance-related DocTypes officially supported in version 15?

  • Is there a recommended way to enable or backport these DocTypes for production use?

  • Or is this functionality planned for a future stable release?

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

I think they are on the develop branch not on v15

You will have to back port it or switch to develop branch.

Switching to the develop branch might be an option; however, it is currently unstable and already contains some known bugs. Additionally, backporting is challenging due to dependencies on ERPNext version 16.

I also tried another approach by installing the required versions (version-16) of Frappe and ERPNext and bypassing the version-check process. However, I still encountered errors during installation. After fixing those errors and completing the installation, I was unable to open certain doctypes (such as Insurance Claims). When attempting to open them, I received an error stating that the page I was looking for is not available.
