I want to integrate erp next and insights. i want to use the data from erpnext to create dashboards and analyze data in insights. ERPnext is not installed in the cloud and it is hosted on a local server.
So you could simply install Insights on the same local server.

There are the usual different installation methods according to your current erpnext server setup.

can the insights charts and dashboard be directly accessible from erpnext?
AFAIK yes.
I’d try to use a link in a custom workspace’s shortcut to the URL of the insights’ dashboard / chart.
If this works, you can use other methods like custom links in help menus, custom action menu items, custom this-and-that you want to build.
If both applications are installed on the same framework instance (e.g. sharing the login), and
If you can copy-paste such an Insights page URL into the URL bar of a browser window and get to the desired info, then this method should work.
