I have a question regarding the Frappe Helpdesk module. I am looking to integrate Telegram bot messages with the Helpdesk. Specifically, I want to route messages received on a Telegram bot to the Frappe Helpdesk system, creating tickets or updating existing ones.
Has anyone done something similar or have any guidance on how to achieve this integration? Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
