Since frappe is build on open source principles, to me it sounds natural to integrate an open source analytics tools to provide a privacy first, GDPR compliant alternative to google Analytics… I think this is especially important to all businesses operating within or with European clients.
Most recently I had the chance to take a look at posthog.com which looks pretty powerful, but also matomo and plausible could be viable candidates. Since I’m not a developer I’m not able to integrate it myself, but I still wanted to start this discussion because I couldn’t find any prior conversations about this topic
