intermitent problem , double entry on save …

Yes I confirm that… And the same as you I cannot see why that happens.
Please post screenshots.
No error messages or log so nothing i can screeshoot…
but i think it might be network problem seems like our browser send request mutiple times…
but yet i cant figure how we could handle this problem…any idea ?
