Intermittent delivery via Gmail SMTP: Queue shows “Sent” but some emails not received

Hi

I’m using Gmail SMTP for outgoing emails.
The SMTP connection test is successful, and in the Email Queue the status shows “Sent” for each message.
However, some emails are not received by recipients intermittently. Most emails arrive, but occasionally they don’t, despite “Sent” status.

Hoping to get the resolution.

Any solution?

If the email is getting handed off to the SMTP server correctly, Frappe doesn’t have any control over what happens after that. Have you checked spam folders? Gmail is notoriously fussy.
