Do we have Auditing options in ERPNEXT -Mainly looking for internal Audit which will be done by quality team

No, ERPNext by default did not offers an internal auditing tool!
I saw a custom app over the internet that add more capabilities to quality control, may someone else can point you for that and answer if that app can fit the gap!

There’s 3 apps on github, but I can’t guarantee they will work, since most of they have been abandonned!
All are installable, but if you try to install all simultaneously, you will have problems
