Internal Server Error after installing app

I try to install this app. bench get-app GitHub - hashirluv/bluetheme: Custom Theme for ERPNext v12 with new Desk 2.0

after installing this app, when I brows my erpnext on the browser the error is displayed “Internal Server Error”

but when I try to uninstall the app, the error show

still bluetheme existed in app.txt
