Internal Server Error in Frappe Helpdesk

Hello Team,

I’ve installed Frappe Helpdesk on my server and managed to access the UI successfully. However, I’m encountering an issue when attempting to create a ticket. It consistently shows an Internal Server Error, yet I’m not receiving any specific error details on my server. I’ve attached a sample screenshot for your reference.

Can you also post the errors on console log by Pressing F12 button on the browser.

Kindly verify this:

you need to set up default ticket template, SLA, workflow etc then it should work. It’s not technical issue. Just need proper configuration.

After I use - bench reinstall , the issue got fixed.
