here is the solution
solved it with:
bench set-url-root {sitename} http://{hostname_that_resolves_the_site}

Hi,

I have tried this and a few other solutions and still have the same problem of my entire PDF being aligned to the left with no formatting. Were there any more steps you took or anyone else could suggest?
