We built something small, but genuinely useful for every business using ERPNext for sales.
The problem (you’ve lived this)
After every meeting, event, or networking session, your team comes back with a stack of business cards. Then someone has to sit down and manually type each contact into ERPNext, name, company, designation, phone, and email, one by one. Slow, error-prone, and nobody enjoys it.
Introducing NextIQ
NextIQ is an app built inside ERPNext that eliminates this entirely.
Simply scan the business card. NextIQ reads it and automatically creates a lead in ERPNext, no manual typing. Every detail from the card is captured, including the scanned image attached to the lead record.

Card Scan Logs — Every scan is logged with a clear status: success, failed, or invalid image, so nothing slips through.

Card Scan Usage Report — A full breakdown showing the exact count of leads successfully added, duplicate leads, leads that failed to process, and leads with invalid images or invalid data.

Time Saved Tracker — See exactly how much time your team has saved compared to manual entry. Watching this number grow is genuinely satisfying.
This is just the beginning; we have a strong roadmap ahead and plan to keep building NextIQ into something genuinely powerful for the ERPNext ecosystem.
