So I have this setup for my store where I sell cloth to manufacture suits and shirts.
I buy stock say 500 units to stitch suits. I use 100 units of this stock and 400 is left. Now I place order to my manufacturing unit to make 50 suits from these 100 stock of cloth material.
Then I need to clear payment to the factory who billed me for those suits say per suit 100$ and I placed order for 50 suits etc, How can I achieve this work flow with ERP next?

To complete one cycle, you will have to make various entries in modules like Purchase, Selling, Stock, Manufacturing and Accounts. We have described detailed workflow in the our user manual and feature help pages.
Please feel free to follow the workflow described in user manual and help pages when making transactions in ERPNext.
