Is Education in V14?

Good day

My server is a multi-tennant system with 3 sites.
On one site I am using it in the Education Domain.
I am considering migrating from 13 to 14 and found this install procedure where there are bench
commands to install health-care and hospitality.

I assume I would be able to install the Education app as well ?

I would lite to try the route which I took to change from V12 to V13 and that is to first install
the new server and then migrate.

Update
I found this issue, which would suggest that Education is indeed in V14

And reading through this install procedure I assume I have have to do the following…

bench get-app education

Would this be correct?
