Is ERPNext and Frappe products good for a web agency?

Hello, hope this is the right category.

I currently run a 150 people web agency, making sites and so on. To remove the huge pricing on some SaaS, I’m thinking to switch to Frappe products such as:
Frappe Drive
Frappe Wiki
ERPNext
HR & Payroll
Helpdesk
Print Designer
Builder
Books

Are these any good for a agency like mine?
We are currently self-hosting and looking to keep that up, not planning to use the cloud. Thanks!

ERPNext and all Frappe Products are good Choice. You can use Frappe CRM also.

We use them all the time and they mostly work, but there is a definite learning curve.

Curious to know why do you not want to host on Frappe Cloud (missing features, pricing?) for our own feedback

We want to have it all on our servers, just like the websites. The cloud packages are absurd with the pricing.

In actual if you calculate the TCO of your own server, Cloud option will be far cheaper.
