Is it feasible to use ERPNext as pure IT Service Management (ITSM)?

Is it feasible to use ERPNext as pure IT Service Management (ITSM) for managing Service and Professional Services Teams? The solution will manage alerts from security solutions, monitoring hardware, servers, integrate with various types of hardware and
to monitor everything in real-time and receive alerts for any incidents that occur. In addition, there should be SLAs and asset management, along with handling dispatches for different teams.

If someone has already worked on this type of project using Frappe and ERPNext, please share the feasibility, and if there are already modules for these features.
