Hi Good Day i just want to have some clarification on earning table on salary structure lets say i have basic salary component and in my formula can i include minus absent days?. is this possible???.. cause in my company they are working in a different way i mean non standard process. the process they have is after the basic pay they will deduct the absent and then proceed with the rest of earnings then deduction again.
