Is it possible to have multiple charts in a dashboard controlled by a global filter?

I understand the current dashboard supports multiple charts, each with its own filter. Is it possible for multiple charts to be controlled by a global filter? If not, can this be achieved using pages? What are the chart libraries support drill down feature?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
