Is it possible to have write access to database on frappe cloud?

I have an instance on frappe cloud. I can use the database access details for read access. The documentation here: Database Access suggests you can also have write access, but I can’t seem to get that acess.
Can someone please point me in the right direction to enable direct write access to the database?

How are you connecting? If you connect via the command line client, I believe you will have read/write access.
