Is it safe to install ERPNext on server with ecommerce store on it?

What I am really asking is should I use separate server for ERPNext or is it fine to use one I am using for Store.
Store platform: Magento 2
sysinfo:

  • 6 GB ram
  • 4 cores 2.5 GHz
  • 80 GB

I would offcourse use a different domain for ERPNext
