Is there a Cache Issue in recent versions?

Hi ,

Not sure if this is a general issue but we found recently that our sites frequently become ‘unreachable’ and the only apparent way to make them accessible again is to clear the browser cache. The issue keeps reoccurring and is becoming fairly annoying

Any ideas how to fix this ?

Most probably it’s fail2ban issue.
try “service fail2ban stop” and try again if it happens again.
