Is there a scheduler for using lab or equipment like meeting schedule

I am actually looking for calendar scheduler for

  1. If i have N system I need user can choose a system in lab and schedule his work.
  2. So that other users know this system or equipment in lab is used at a particular time and date.
  3. Also which system or equipment is free.
  4. It is similar to reserving a room for a meeting.

There is a calendar event scheduler in ERPnext, I am actually looking for a dashboard where i can customize according to my need.
