Is there a way to send sales invoice direct from ERPNext with its logo and customizations , When l send an invoice or quotation direct from ERPNext it will be automatically changed when it reaches the recipients , how do l resolve this .

YES VIA email it will go but the pdf would be distorted
@francis1 pdf generated from anny print format will be the same at the email . are you sure you are using it correctly ?

@francis1 I just tried it in my website . it works just fine . try to set a default letterhead
The issue is probably that wkhtmltopdf is misconfigured on your server. If you click directly on the pdf button, I suspect it will be broken too.

If the PDF file appears as it is in the attached video, then you are probably facing a problem with wkhtmltopdf in your server
