IS there any way to add amount to employee base on salary components like iwant to add 10 % bonus this month without cancel salary Structure and same in leave encashment based on components not amount

Additional salary need amount like 100 /200 i want to add amount based on salary like base + 10% (want to add amount to employee based on component )

As of now, the additional salary is fixed rather than formula-based.

is there any way in system to add to salary +10 % this months

Best way would be to get the base amount from the system, calculate it in Excel and import it back into ERPNext.
