Raise the support ticket on cloud if you plan has support, otherwise raise the issue in github.

You already created the github issue, so please track it there, once developer checks, then solves them.

I think they have a prioritization system and they will not fix it for at least two weeks
if you want a hurry solution I suggest to hire a developer to do it for you and contribution to the system
