I tried to create an issue manually from issue Doctype. But Once issue Created it will change issue status Open to null.

We tested, and Everything is working fine. No problems were encountered in the latest version 15.
If any client script or server script is applied then remove it and check it.
No Client OR Server script was applied. Also, it’s not replicated in other instances. but in this instance, I am getting this kind of issue.
Anything overrides the validate method or something. otherwise, update your version and check it.

Issue resolved, We set a custom notification. By handling a set value it is not replicated.
