Issue with Custom Block HTML Redirect Not Working on ERPNext Homepage

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to add a shortcut on the homepage of my ERPNext called “PD” (Products), which should take me to the Item page. I’m adding this using custom block HTML because I want to display an image icon for the shortcut.

However, when I click on the “PD” shortcut, it’s not redirecting me to the Item page. Could anyone help me identify what might be going wrong or suggest what mistake I could be making?
