Issue with custom Role

Hi,

I think there is a bug in the Role with Frappe, becuase always I upload new releases for my application and then delete some of the permissions for the custom role.

This issue is tested on the version 13 and 14

Hi,

This happens when the standard Doctype is updated, it reset the role by those define in the standard doctype json.

You can manage it by create a custom app and keep this customization with fixtures

But I’m already have custom app and upload all customization and fixtures to it.
