Issue with “Repeat Header and Footer” in ERPNext Version 15

Hi,

I am on the latest version v15, of ERPNext and building a custom print format for sales invoices. But when I convert the document to PDF and check Repeat Header and Footer, it does not show any header or footer, and when I disable “Repeat Header and Footer” the header only shows on the first page, and the footer does not appear at all. I tried various suggestions in this forum, but was unable to find a solution. Is this broken, or am I missing something? Thanks for your help.
