I want to configure an email alert in the Workflow doctype.
I have set up the email domain and email account, and I did not tick the Only If Creator or Is Optional State checkboxes.
However, the email is still not sent automatically when the document moves to the next workflow state.
When I set it up using a Notification and manually send the email from the Email Queue, it works well.
Could you please advise how I can configure automatic email sending in the Workflow?
