Item code not fetching for Quotation ,Order & Invoice

Hello Team,
When I am trying to create any quotation, sales order & customer , after selecting the Item code required details are not been fetched like Price details. Its happening for Sales order, invoice …etc. After reload and logout and login its working. Please find the GIF image for reference.!

It may help to say what version of ERPNext and whether this is happening on first use of ERPNext or if the problem surfaced after things were working as they should and then appeared after an update etc.
