Item Code required at Row No 1

I’m working on ERPNext Healthcare Module. After Creating a Patient when I click on the Invoice Patient Registration Button It shows an Error “Item Code required at Row No 1”. Could anybody please help me to solve this?

I tried this, but couldn’t reproduce the issue. Could you please share the version on which you are facing the issue?

ERPNext: v12.7.0 (version-12)
Frappe Framework: v12.5.0 (version-12)

I would recommend you to switch to version-13 beta which has recently been refactored and is more stable.

Looks item code missing in the master. Check after creating the item code in item.

I’ve updated my version to ERPNext: v12.9.3. and It has been solved.
