I already know this bro but i am asking about without customizing the item doctype and do not use client script or server script.

Hi @SRIDHARSAN ,
To disable HSN validation for selling items, you can uncheck the Validate HSN Code in Sales Item and Transactions option within the GST Settings DocType.
