When I create a PO/PI/Invoice. The Item description is fetched from the Item but with HTML code inside. Here is a screenshot:

Did you copy paste the text from an webpage? Use paste (special) without formatting.
No, I typed it manually in the box

The Description field in the Item master is of rich text type, it should not lead to any problem though.
I double checked it is “text editor” type. I didn’t recall changing anything.
Can’t you replicate my issue?
Its an oversight on our end. We will fix it (in a later release)
