Item group as naming series for production plan

I want the naming series as MFG-PP-.{item_group}.-.YYYY.- for production plan.How can I do this ? Please help me to solve this.

we have list of item groups and naming series means an unique id. Is it possible to generate different ids with the same pattern based on item group ???

“Document Naming Rule” and “Document Naming Settings” are two different things.

Delete or Disable “Document Naming Rule” of the DocType “Production Plan” ID: 9665c9c86e
