Item Group Unable to be recreated

I keep getting this error below:

I believe it may be due to having a transaction entered but then deleting the Item Group. I’ve tried recreating the Item Group, but i get the error below.

I’ve only got 5 item groups and the one im trying to recreate definitely doesnt appear there.

Any ideas how i can fix this?

I have customers in my POS Queue that wont disappear as they must have purchased the deleted item group.

Hi @Mitch! Have you checked if there are still items attached to this via DB query?

I am using the online version and am unsure how to do this… Is there a thread with steps on how to do the DB query?
