I am having an issue in a computer’s account where the item name isn’t displayed.
In “item”, i can see status, group & code, but there is no item name. It seems like a computer set up, because we i connect to his account from mine, the name is displayed. Any idea?

Thank you very much for your answer. I am afraid i don’t fully understand. Is that to be checked on the computer with the issue?
After further investigation, it is all pages that have the same issue: no name in any field (supplier, item, purchase order.
Again only for one computer, as i connect as the same account from another machine, the issue is not showing.
Issue is solved: reset and clean the chrome browser…
