Item list order when making a purchase

Hi,

When making a purchase and selecting the item to be purchased, it would be better to see the items assigned to that supplier at the top of the item drop down list.

Can I do this with a custom script?

Add field under Search Fields for Item using customize form.

Sorry for the late response. Unfortunately no, I was not successful. We ended up hiring some programmers to help us.
