Item master contains the tax which is default and unable to edit

In the item master page there is a item tax option which contains the default item tax which i cannot able to edit that tax. where these taxes are stored which is shown in list box. i need to change that tax label.

Hi,

Only option to set default value in the Item Tax table is via Customize Form. Please check Customize Form for “Item Tax” document, and check for the default values.
